Where Were We? — Terms of Use (EULA)
1. The license
Your use of Where Were We is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless we have given you a separate written agreement, your license is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to the Standard EULA, plus the Acceptable Use terms below, which we add because this app contains content created by its users.
2. Acceptable Use
Where Were We lets you post photos, map pins, and short written notes that other people in your private group can see. To keep that space safe, you agree to the following, and you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior:
- You will not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- You will not post a photo of a person who has not agreed to being part of the game, and you will not use the app to bully, stalk, expose, or intimidate anyone.
- You will not post content you do not have the right to share.
- You will not abuse other members, and you will not misuse the app to harm someone's safety or privacy.
You are responsible for what you post. Because groups are private and invite-only, you can delete your own posts, wipe your history, leave a group (which removes your posts from it), or delete your account at any time from inside the app.
3. Reporting and enforcement
If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, write to mertaslan16@gmail.com. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users, and we aim to act on credible reports within 24 hours. We may remove offending content and may suspend or remove users who violate these terms.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. It is a game for friends, not a record of fact. Map pins, distances, and stories are entered by people from memory and may be wrong. Use your judgment about what you post and where.
